Every now and again, you run across a recipe that really lights up your soul. This grilled sandwich – filled with a buffalo wing seasoned millet, sweet red pepper rings, cilantro, and vegan ranch dressing – is truly to die for. The heat is just right … It doesn’t light you on fire, but it does beg you to keep on eating it !! I forewarn you that this sandwich could become addictive !!!! It reminded Spencer of Pimento and Cheese (from days of old) … But without all the fat. Oh yea, this is good as it gets !! A perfect way to use up any leftover wing sauce and my Vegan Valley Ranch Dressing from last week’s Buffalo “Wing” Casserole. Meat eater’s … eat your heart out!
